The staff would come visit me personally, get a hands-on assessment of my pet's needs, and also spent time with me to make sure both Scarlet and I were doing well. They came to my apartment many times on a moment’s notice and often times during their personal time as well. Their response time to our calls and their openness to receiving text messages goes over and beyond the norm. I feel very blessed to have an association with Totem MPC and would recommend them without hesitation. They are 5 stars for sure."
